ECG Clinical Wear Returns and Exchange Policy

Our Commitment: We aim for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you're not entirely happy, we offer options for returns, exchanges, or account credits.

Scope: This policy is part of the ECG Clinical Wear Terms and Conditions. Terms defined there have the same meaning here, except where noted. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

1. Policy Duration

  • Time Limit: You have 30 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • Your Responsibilities:
    • Safely and securely package products for transit.
    • Clearly mark your return reference number on the parcel.
    • Include all accessories and parts sold with the product.
    • Client's Cost: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to ECG Clinical Wear.
    • Failure to follow these steps may delay processing or result in decline of your request.

3. Types of Returns

3.1 Unwanted Products

  • Conditions for Return:
    • Undamaged, unused, with original labels and stickers.
    • In undamaged original packaging with all seals intact.
    • Email us at within 30 days of delivery/collection.
  • Exceptions: Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Process: After receiving and inspecting the return, we credit your account or offer a refund within 10 days.

3.2 Exchange Requests

  • Conditions: Exchange possible for different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Client's Cost: You are responsible for returning the original product.
  • ECG Clinical Wear's Responsibility: We will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product back to you. If the desired variation is not available, we offer account credit or a refund.

3.3 Incorrect or Misdescribed Products

  • Process: Notify us for a no-charge collection. Post-inspection, we either deliver the correct product or provide account credit/refund.

3.4 Products Damaged on Delivery

  • Timeframe: Report within 7 days of delivery/collection.
  • Process: We collect the product at no charge. Post-inspection, we offer repair/replacement or account credit/refund.

3.5 Defective Products

  • Definition: A defect is a significant flaw in manufacturing or a trait making the product substantially less acceptable.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Warranty Period: 6 months from delivery/collection.
  • Process: Email us for a no-charge collection. We offer repair/replacement or account credit/refund.

4. Charges and Refunds

  • Incomplete Returns: If accessories or parts are missing, we may refuse the return, replace only the returned item, or deduct the value of missing items.
  • Non-Compliant Products: If a product doesn't comply with this policy, you may bear the cost of collection and return.
  • Donations: Non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed via EFT to your nominated bank account.
